Vivet
magazine.

Vivet is a fictional new seasonal lifestyle magazine being launched next autumn. They want to be a different, innovative and progressive publication, unlike anything else that is already in the market. For this, they are looking for a graphic designer to create their first edition (and set the theme for the following ones). They want something minimalistic, yet with personality and uniqueness. The magazine is going to be published quarterly, at the beginning of each season, and will be something to keep, printed in good quality paper and interesting finishes such as foiling or stitch binding. The client is looking for big quality imagery, lots of white space and minimal elements.

The main theme for this first issue will be outdoors, hiking, beautiful forests, mountains and lakes. It’s the autumn season, so they’re looking for a “cosy cabin in the woods” kind of vibe. As the whole magazine project is still in the early stages, they want to start with a few double page spreads and a cover. The client doesn’t have the articles ready yet, but the title is 'Living in Wilderness' and the character count is approx. 4000 characters. It is about people who choose to live a simpler life in the woods, more connected to nature over the busy life of big cities.
