Colly from Colly Bop Ink needed signage for her new shop Studio 100 and asked me to take on the challenge. I produced a few sketches and went through a few options but ended up using a numerical 100 instead of lettering "one hundred" to match her current branding. The brief was to have the lettering "as swirly as possible" but legible. She came back to me for a "tattoo" window sign to be used on the glass door. See below for some preliminary sketches.
